What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form — your name, email address and message — or the email address you leave to be notified when registration opens. In addition, if you accept the cookie banner, visit statistics that do not contain your name.
Why
To answer your question, and to tell you when registration opens. We look at the statistics to learn which pages people need, and in which language.
Where it is kept
Messages are sent by email and are not written to any database. There is no list stored on this site.
For how long
Messages stay in our mailbox for as long as needed to reply. Notification addresses are deleted once registration opens, or earlier if you ask. Visit statistics are kept for at most 14 months.
Analytics
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics: how many visits, which pages are viewed, which country you came from and on what device. We do not send Google your name, email or message. If you decline, analytics is never loaded at all.
Who we share it with
We sell it to nobody and pass it to nobody. Mail is delivered by the service Resend, which processes it only in order to deliver it. Visit statistics are processed by Google under its own terms, and that data may be processed outside Serbia and the European Union.
Your rights
You may ask to see your data, correct it or have it deleted, and you may withdraw your cookie consent at any time on the Cookies page. Write to us through the contact form and we will do it.
Who is responsible
The 4 Elements association is in the process of being founded. The full legal name and details will be published once official. Until then the contact form is the only channel.
