About the race
4 Elements is a team extreme outdoor race on Mount Stolovi and the river Ibar near Kraljevo, Serbia. Four athletes, four disciplines and one shared result — trail running, mountain biking, kayak and paragliding joined into one uninterrupted contest against terrain, weather and your own limits.
The idea is simple: mountain, river and air sit within twenty kilometres of each other here. Few places in the world let one race take in all three without travelling between stages.
Format and teams
A team is four athletes, one per discipline. The race runs in four consecutive stages: from the ridge of Stolovi into the air, from the air onto the trails, and from the trails to the Ibar. Time is taken for the team.
Individual entry is not possible. The result is shared, and that is the point — the strongest are not individuals, they are teams. A team that overestimates itself on the first stage pays for it on every one that follows.

The category structure has not been decided yet. It will be published before registration opens on 1 January 2027, together with entry conditions and the entry fee.

Programme
The race takes place in August 2027. The exact date, timetable, briefing and stage schedule will be published as soon as they are confirmed — with a publication date and version marker, so it is always clear which version applies.
Location
Mount Stolovi and the river Ibar near Kraljevo, in central Serbia. The race base is Mataruška Banja — eight kilometres from town, in the Ibar valley, with accommodation and thermal water in the same place.
Official start, finish and transition points will be published once the courses are confirmed.
