What do I need in order to fly in the race?
The requirements for pilots — licence, experience and equipment checks — will be published in the official regulations. Until then no condition is final.
What happens if the weather does not allow flying?
The air is the only element that depends on the weather, which is why the race plan has an alternative for every day. The decision rests with the organiser, and it is made by someone who knows that ridge in every season.
Where is the launch?
From the ridge of Stolovi. The official launch and landing points will be published once confirmed — until then no description of the terrain on this site is a course.
Why is paragliding the second stage?
Because from the ridge, which is reached on foot, the natural way down is through the air. It used to be last; the organisers changed the order and it now comes straight after the run.
